恩古吉·瓦·提安哥（1938— ），肯尼亚小说家、剧作家、政论家，生于利穆鲁一农民家庭。一九六四年毕业于乌干达马赫雷雷大学，后入英国利兹大学续修文学。一九六七年回国，在内罗毕大学任教，改英国文学系为非洲文学和语言系。一九七七年因抗议当局对英语的强制性教育而被政府逮捕，获释后与家人过着流亡的生活，直到肯尼亚前总统阿拉普·莫伊下台才终于得以安全回国。 他的作品还包括《孩子，你别哭》《一粒麦种》《血染的花瓣》《十字架上的魔鬼》等。恩古吉现居美国，在纽约大学任教并继续写作。
